Our data department has over 15 years in the business. From list enhancement to data analysis, we are here to tackle your thorniest data issues.

24/7 DMS prides itself on proactive database management services. We expect the highest level of deliverability from our list providers, and work with them to update and cleanse their databases. When you provide us with your house list, we will review it and make recommendations for using USPS-approved list cleansing tools to make sure that your message reaches your audience.

Services

 

Mailing Preparation

  • File Standardization - All files passing through our system are CASS certified, passed against a Delivery Point Validation file (DPV) and have the ZIP + 4 added.
  • Mail Sortation - Your mailing is sorted for the lowest possible postage rates. We'll even truck it out to the Sectional Center Facility or Bulk Mail Center for you, which lowers your postage even further and speeds delivery.
  • Intelligent Mail Barcoding: Coming Soon!

Data Enhancement

  • NCOA - Update your outdated addresses by running your file against the USPS National Change of Address. This is currently required for all first class mailings, and will soon be required for all classes of mail.
  • Enhanced NCOA - For very old files, we recommend our Enhanced NCOA service. With enhanced NCOA, your file will also be run against magazine subscription and credit agency data, resulting in a much more up to date file.
  • Deceased Match - Remove the records of those who have passed away.
  • Phone append - Want to follow up the mailing with a phone call? We can take your addresses and find the phone number for many of them. This service is also good for updating changed phone numbers and area codes.
  • Reverse phone append - Have the phone number but not the address? With our reverse phone append service, we can append the address for many of the records to your database.
  • Data Entry - We have very competitive pricing on adding, changing, or deleting records from your database.

Marketing Support Services

  • Data Gathering - Need data from one file to be merged into another? We can match on any criteria you specify in order to built a more robust master file.
  • Response Analysis - Once your results start to come in, let us perform a match back to your original file, in order to rate the performance of your various list segments.
  • Data Mapping - See the information buried in your data by having it output in easy to ready color maps, either in hard copy or over the web.
